Das Lanolin und das Bienenwachs im Wasserbad erwärmen, das Öl langsam hinzu geben und alles auf 60⁰ erhitzen. Den Kohlsaft in einem anderen Topf ebenso auf 60⁰ erhitzen und den Honig darin auflösen, leicht rühren, dann den Alkohol hinzugeben. Diese Mischung in den anderen Topf geben, und gleichmäßig rühren, bis sich alles verbunden hat. Leicht abkühlen lassen und in Gläser füllen.
Die Kohlsalbe kann angewendet werden bei Entzündungen und Verletzungen der Haut.
