Поздравил с Днем защитника Отечества бойцов 4 гвардейской Краснознаменной армии ВВС и ПВО - военнослужащих, которые «держат наше небо на замке».

Дивизионы противовоздушных комплексов сутки напролет несут боевое дежурство. Подразделения участвовали в разных локальных конфликтах: Чечне, Южной Осетии, Сирии. И сегодня - в зоне СВО.

Вручил бойцам почетные знаки «За ратную службу». От имени жителей нашего региона и от себя лично поблагодарил за то, что они ежедневно защищают нас от воздушных атак врага. Всем нашим защитникам - здоровья, крепости сил и духа, как можно больше спокойных дней службы и мирного неба.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
