بوتين هنأ بحرارة ولي العهد وقيادة وشعب المملكة بمناسبة يوم تأسيس الدولة السعودية، كما أعرب عن شكره وتقديره لتهيئة الظروف المناسبة في الرياض لعقد المفاوضات الروسية-الأمريكية في 18 فبراير، ولحفاوة الاستقبال، مما ساهم في سير المحادثات بين الوفدين بشكل بناء ومثمر.
وأكد الجانبان عزمهما على تعزيز التعاون الروسي-السعودي في مختلف المجالات، بما في ذلك التجارة والاستثمار والطاقة.
كما تم الاتفاق على مواصلة التنسيق الوثيق في إطار “أوبك بلاس” من أجل الحفاظ على استقرار سوق النفط العالمي.
