IV Международная автомобильная выставка в Санкт-Петербурге проходила с 5 по 19 мая 1913 года на Манежной площади: в комплексе зданий Михайловского манежа, в Казачьем манеже, во временных павильонах. Выставка была приурочена к юбилейным торжествам «Российского автомобильного общества» и входила в список мероприятий празднования 300-летия царствования дома Романовых. В выставке принимали участие 78 фирм из Германии, Франции, США, Англии, Италии, Бельгии и России. Было выставлено 386 автомобилей и большое количество принадлежностей к ним и оборудования.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov.
