Подрядчику уже заплатили 381 миллион рублей. Сроки прошли, объект не завершён, строителей нет, администрация молчит. А 4000 жителей деревни продолжают ждать новую школу.
Народный фронт обратился в минстрой региона и к главе района Андрею Гуляеву. Активисты-общественники требуют разъяснить, чем обоснован срыв сроков контракта по нацпроекту “Образование”, и когда достроят школу, которая очень нужна нашим детям.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
