По общему правилу днем голосования является второе воскресенье месяца, в котором проводилось голосование на предыдущих выборах. Но если воскресенье, на которое должны быть назначены выборы, приходится на неделю, включающую нерабочий праздничный день, то выборы назначаются на следующее воскресенье.
Предыдущие выборы состоялись в марте. Второе воскресенье в 2024 году приходится на 10 марта, но на этой неделе имеется нерабочий праздничный день – 8 марта.
Поэтому предстоящие выборы Президента должны быть назначены на 17 марта 2024 года.
В общем, через три месяца и 10 дней встретимся на избирательных участках!
