По данным оперштаба, на месте разлива мазута из танкера «Волгонефть-239» усилена группировка техники. Предположительно, причиной разлива стала трещина в танкере после шторма.

Губернатор сообщил, что на Дне море лежит около 5 тысяч тонн мазута в виде "желеобразной массы"
