ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն որոշել է քնից արթնանալ ու արձագանքել Ալիևի այսօրվա հայտարարություններին՝ թեև վերջինս արդեն մի շաբաթ է հայտարարությունների շքերթ է սկսել։
ԱԳՆ արձագանքում կա նման հարցադրում՝ «Արդյո՞ք Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում է Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը և ինքնիշխանությունն Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի հիման վրա ճանաչելու պայմանավորվածություններից: Արդյո՞ք Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում է Խաղաղության օրակարգից․․․»։
Ադրբեջանը չգիտի էլ ոնց հայտարարի, որ ոչ խաղաղության օրակարգ է ունեցել, ոչ էլ պատրաստվում է ունենալ։ Ինձ թվում է լավ կանեին ԱԳՆ-ում քնած մնային ու չարձագանքեին, քանի որ նման արձագանքը ցույց է տալիս իրենց թույլ ու անճար վիճակը, ինքնարդարացնող տեքստ և ոչ մի գնահատական Ադրբեջանի կողմից տարվող ակնհայտ սադրիչ քաղաքականությանը․․․

"For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
