Планируется, что единовременную выплату 30 тысяч рублей получат студенты вузов очной формы обучения, бакалавриата и специалитета, которым не исполнилось 23 лет. Пособие назначат в период с 1 января по 31 декабря 2023 года. А значит коснется это и первокурсников, которые поступят в наши вузы летом.
Уверена, что депутаты согласятся с нашей инициативой, как ранее голосовали «за» ряд других областных мер поддержки семей участников спецоперации. Окончательное решение Думы будет известно 28 марта.

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
