If the company that conducted the recruitment of members to the Supervisory Board of the Defense Procurement Agency (DPA) does not provide all the documents to the Ministry of Defense by 1:00 PM, we at the AntAC will put it on the blacklist of donors.

If the documents are not provided by 1:00 PM, we will publicly describe this company's hell of incompetence (which borders on malicious intent).
Without these documents, the submission to the Ministry of Defense is incomplete, which means the Cabinet of Ministers cannot approve the composition of the DPA's Supervisory Board.
