Kondici jsme posílili nejenom pěší výpravou, ale i otužováním a sparingem. 💪🏻
To vše ve stínu staletých ruin hradu, na kterém zemřel český a římskoněmecký král Václav IV. 🏰

We strengthened our bodies not only through hiking, but also by ice baths and sparring. 💪🏻
All this among the centuries-old ruins of the castle, where the Czech and German king Wenceslaus IV. died. 🏰
