Даже в самом воспаленном мозгу такая мысль не возникнет. Любопытно, чем закончится история с делом Хантера Байдена и Дональда Трампа. По последнему, присяжные также вынесли обвинительный вердикт. В России есть механизм привлечения экз-президента к уголовной ответственности. Но он настолько сложный, что можно сказать, родился мертвым. Кстати, если уж вдаваться в детали, то в России нет никаких экз-президентов. Согласно Конституции и принятым законам, есть только «Президент, прекративший исполнение своих полномочий». Вообще, тема с Президентом и президентской властью в России очень интересная. Очень много фишек и особенностей, которых нет нигде ) Не зря же я выбрал когда-то это темой своей дипломной работы. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows.
