Тридцать лет власти Латвии выбирали что бы такого закупить, а сами разрушали Рижский вагоностроительный завод. На котором могли бы производить свои электрички.
Конкурсы устраивали, взяточников ловили, снова устраивали. И закупили рухлядь. Все же в курсе, что эти новые чешские электрички Skoda с начала зимы так вот и ходят - постоянно ломаются? А ещё опаздывают на час-полтора.
Думал, что на сегодняшний-то день починили уже - позор же. Но нет. Это свежее видео, на котором битый (советский локомотив) небитого везёт.
