На экологическом совете Петербурга согласовали градостроительные планы на два участка будущего круглогодичного курорта "Санкт-Петербург Марина" в Горской.

Школа яхтенного спорта и яхт-клуб появятся на участках в 25,6 и 9,6 гектара. Беглов показал, как будут выглядеть не только они, но и общественные пространства, парки, набережные. На территории мегапроекта также откроют круглогодичный бассейн, секции для детей, искусственный тренировочный водоем.

Он уточнил, что сейчас активно ведется подготовка к началу строительства.
