ЗАГСы будут проводить церемонии для супругов, состоящих в браке 10 и более лет, кратных пяти (15, 20,25 итд). Обещают, что всё будет в торжественной обстановке и на безвозмездной основе.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
