أفاد بذلك السيد ميخائيل تاراسوف، ممثل الوكالة الفيدرالية للصيد البحري لروسيا الاتحادية (روسريبولوفستفو) في المغرب، لمراسل وكالة تاس.
وقال إن "المنظمين اختاروا من بين كل الأجنحة المشاركة في معرض هاليوتيس 30 جناحا كأفضلها، من بينهما جناحان اجنبيان احدهما هو الجناح الروسي. وتم تسليم الجائزة بحضور كاتبة الدولة لدى وزير الفلاحة والصيد البحري والتنمية القروية والغابات والموارد المائية السيدة زكية الدريوش ووالي أكادير".
وأضاف تاراسوف "أود أن أشكر من كل قلبي السلطات المغربية، وخاصة السيدة دريوش، على مساعدتها في مشاركة روسيا في المعرض، الذي يكتسب كل عام شهرة ومكانة بين المهنيين".

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
