Булочки из красной чечевицы

Вам понадобится:

160 гр красной чечевицы (сухой)
вода 100 мл
псиллиум - 25 гр
растительное масло - 2 ст.л
сода - 1/2 ч.л
соль щепотка, специи, сушеная зелень
уксус яблочный или сок лимона 1 ст.л.

Приготовление:

1. Чечевицу замочить на ночь, утром воду слить и промыть чечевицу.

2. Чечевицу, воду, растительное масло, соль, специи по вкусу кладем в блендер и перемалываем до однородности.

3. Добавляем соду, сок лимона или яблочный уксус (дайте соде хорошенько пошипеть), затем кладем псиллиум и тщательно перемешиваем. Даем тесту настояться минут 5-10.

4. Формируем булочки руками, присыпаем семенами и выпекаем в предварительно разогретой до 180С духовке около 30 минут
