Давненько не публиковала чем потчевала Тёму в течение дня.

Сегодня вышла в сторис (что сейчас бывает не так часто), поэтому есть контент - делюсь тут).

Завтрак:
🟡 оладьи с гороховым протеином с кешью пастой (случайно наткнулась на такую на озоне и очень понравилась)
🟡перец рамиро
🟡гранат
🟡авокадо

Также успела с утра приготовить булочки из Сборника завтраков, очень рекомендую, получаются мягкими и полезными, ведь там только чечевица и киноа в составе.
Плюс запекла батат и шампиньоны.

Обед:
🟡басмати с красной чечевицей, песто
🟡запечённый батат
🟡булочка с хумусом из красной чечевицы (ВВ)

Ужин:
🟡кукурузные макарошки
🟡перец рамиро
🟡авокадо
🟡смесь разной фасоли и нута (покупала на озон, фирма Urtekram у них все органическое, в составе нет сахара).
Кстати, Тёме эта фасоль очень понравилась, купила впервые.
