Контракт на поставку судна заключен в рамках инвестпроекта ГТЛК с использованием средств ФНБ по обновлению водного флота России.
Земснаряд построен по отечественному проекту и подходит для разработки грунтов на глубине 1-12 метров. Судно оснащено фрезерным и гидравлическим рыхлителем. Мощность привода главного насоса – 746 кВт, он рассчитан на извлечение до 500 кубометров грунта в час.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries.
