🔹با توجه به برودت هوا و به منظور تسهیل در تردد و نیز صرفه‌جویی در مصرف انرژی و بر اساس تصمیم کارگروه مدیریت مصرف انرژی استان اردبیل، فعالیت همه دستگاه‌های اجرایی، بانک ها و حوزه‌های قضایی استان در روز چهارشنبه ۸ اسفند با یک ساعت تأخیر آغاز خواهد شد.
🔹لازم به ذکر است که نحوه فعالیت مدارس با توجه به شرایط جوی هر کدام از شهرستان‌ها، توسط اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان اطلاع‌رسانی می‌شود.

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
