Армения передала Азербайджану десятую версию проекта мирного договора, сообщил глава МИД Армении Арарат Мирзоян. По его словам, стороны полностью согласовали 13 из 16 статей договора. Министр считает, что есть возможность «в сжатые строки» подписать договор.
В основе процесса делимитации армяно-азербайджанской границы лежит Алма-Атинская декларация 1991 года и «другой принцип не обсуждается».
«Эта новая редакция содержит полностью согласованный текст. Это полностью согласованные статьи или согласованные части нескольких статей, и мы ждем ответа Азербайджана»,— сказал дипломат.
