Главная тема визита — расширение торговли и инвестиций, особенно индийского экспорта в Россию, чтобы уравновесить торговый баланс, сейчас сильно перекошенный в сторону России. Сегодня торговый оборот приближается к 70 млрд долларов. Стороны ставили целью достигнуть 100 млрд долларов к 2030 году.
Важным вопросом остаются поставки российских энергоносителей в Индию в условиях ужесточения американских санкций.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
