💢مهشید شاهچرا، عضو هیات علمی پژوهشکده پولی و بانکی گفت بانک مرکزی ایران بر بازار رمزارزها مطابق با استانداردهای بین‌المللی نظارت دارد تا از پولشویی و تخلفات جلوگیری کند.
📌بر اساس قوانین جدید، تمامی کارگزاران رمزارز باید تراکنش‌های ریالی خود را شفاف و تحت نظارت بانک مرکزی انجام دهند. برخی نمایندگان مجلس مخالف دسترسی بانک مرکزی به داده‌های کاربران هستند، اما این موضوع مطابق با قوانین تنظیم‌گری بانک مرکزی است.
📌همچنین، نظارت بر رمزارزها از وقوع بحران‌هایی مشابه مؤسسات مالی غیرمجاز جلوگیری می‌کند.

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
