Новосибирский государственный университет (НГУ) выступил инициатором создания Ассоциации разработчиков БПЛА. Вместе с вузом в нее вошли четыре организации-разработчика и Сибирский научно-исследовательский институт авиации (СибНИА) им. С. А. Чаплыгина. Об этом сообщаетмТАСС.
"Принято решение о создании ассоциации – НГУ подписал соглашение с четырьмя разработчиками и СибНИА. [О создании] ассоциации по беспилотной авиации между университетом и четырьмя организациями-разработчиками таких аппаратов и комплектующих к ним", – сообщили в пресс-службе вуза, уточнив, что решение принято по итогам форума "Золотая долина", проходившего с 31 октября по 1 ноября.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
