Губернатор Михаил Развожаев сообщил, что по состоянию на 5 января масштабных загрязнений береговой линии не выявлено, однако в разных районах города были зафиксированы локальные выбросы мазута на пляжах.
Кроме того, по данным Севприроднадзора, обнаружили семь птиц, пострадавших от нефтепродуктов. В настоящее время они проходят реабилитацию.
Для ликвидации последствий задействованы 144 специалиста и 50 добровольцев.
