Поздним вечером по иркутскому времени состоялось официальное открытие по телемосту с председателем Правительства РФ Михаилом Мишустиным два участка автодорог: обходы Усолья-Сибирского и Чистых Ключей.
Если по трассе «Байкал» можно было уже ездить беспрепятственно, то обход Усолья-Сибирского до последнего блокировали ДПС.
Ни один ВИП-гость по итогу не прибыл на открытие дорог, обошлись местными силами.

Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
