В День Республики и во время трагических событий в Тавушской и Лорийской области, министр обороны Папикян срочно отправился в Бельгию с неотложным визитом.
Объясняется это не вдруг возросшей значимостью армяно-бельгийского сотрудничества (все вопросу двусторонней повестки были обсуждены еще 23 мая на встрече с послом Бельгии), а тем, что в Брюсселе Папикян проводит встречи с руководством ЕС, НАТО и Андресом Фогом Расмуссеном относительно текущей обстановки в Армении.
А бывший генсек НАТО Расмуссен оказывает денежные услуги нашему правительству, занимаясь лоббизмом для армянской элиты. Так что на этой встрече он посредник между Арменией и НАТО с ЕС, представляя интересы Еревана. Ведь сейчас в связи с протестами у Запада могут быть вопросы к ситуации в нашей стране. #протесты @bambasank🇦🇲

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
