اما در فرمول پیشنهادی برنامه توسعه این مسئله دیده نشده و نصف جمع افزایش سنواتی ۳ سال آخر (نصف ۱۵+٢۵+٢٠=۶٠، یعنی ۳۰ درصد) در میانگین حقوق ۵ سال آخر ضرب شده!!

❇️ این تصمیم با جهت‌گیری و شعار جوانی جمعیت، در تضاد آشکار است.
❇️نتیجه‌گیری: کارکنان باید تا نزدیک مرگ شاغل باقی بمانند تا صندوق‌های بازنشستگی، مبلغ کمتری پرداخت کنند و سوء مدیریت و زیان انباشته‌ی صندوق‌ها را جبران کنند.
