По данным метеорологов, сегодня порывы ветра достигали 25 м/с, а осадков в столице выпало 40% от месячной нормы.
В данный момент сила шторма в столичном регионе медленно идет на убыль, пик ненастья пройден, — сообщил ведущий специалист центра погоды «Фобос».
