Если идею отказа от деторождения продвигают с помощью интернета, СМИ или пропаганда нацелена на детей, наказание становится строже. Максимальный штраф (в случае совпадения обоих обстоятельств) составит 400 тыс. рублей для граждан, 800 тыс. рублей для должностных лиц и 5 млн рублей для юрлиц. При этом под действие закона не будет подпадать распространение информации о монашестве.
