"По-русски в Казахстане говорят все. Причем большинство без акцента и грамматических ошибок. Статус русского языка в качестве официального закреплен в казахстанской Конституции, и никто здесь не собирается в этом отношении что-то менять", - рассказал он в интервью "Независимой газете".
