Каждый год 9 октября в нашей стране отмечается Всероссийский день чтения. Этот уникальный праздник посвящён литературе и книгам. Он возник в 2007 году одновременно с принятием Национальной программы чтения.

В Центральной детской модельной библиотеке им. Гайдара, при поддержке МКУ «Управления культуры, спорта и молодёжной политики», прошла познавательно-игровая программа «Страна Читалия».

Было много интересных игр, весёлых затей, добрых песен и задорного смеха.
Дипломами и подарками были отмечены лучшие из лучших юных «читайликов». Все участники получили приятные сюрпризы и заряд хорошего настроения.

Всегда рады каждому в ЦДБ им. Гайдара!

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching.
