🎉 В субботу с 12 до 17 пройдет зимний фестиваль Festival invernal de la Patria по случаю дня независимости Уругвая (День независимости в воскресенье, осторожно, праздник, всё будет закрыто). Вход бесплатный и свободный.

🎉 Ну а с 10 до 22 фестиваль Monumento может послужить отличным поводом посмотреть сегодня на Palacio Legislativo. Каждый раз фестиваль посвящен какому-либо знаковому зданию, интересному как с точки зрения архитектуры, так и истории. Парламент, в отличие от, например, Паласио Сальво, не так часто доступен для посещения.

Мне удалось побывать там раньше, в día de Patrimonio и на Биеннале.

Так что точно могу сказать, посмотреть стоит и внутри, и снаружи. Сам фестиваль, как я понимаю, расположился перед зданием парламента снаружи.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
