Вчерашняя лекция по эволюции идеологии КНДР в Солнце Севера неожиданно собрала полный аншлаг. Часа полтора её читал и минут 40 на вопросы отвечал, а потом ещё неформально общался с публикой. В общем, чучхе заходит народу на ура! Спасибо замечательной Ольге Бонч-Осмоловской, которая предложила устроить этот корейский цикл, и ожидайте в декабре вторую лекцию - про отношения двух Корей с 1945 года по настоящее время.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke.
