Распоряжением Национального центра оперативно-технического управления интернет-коммуникациями Украины (НЦУ) от 12 сентября № 769/2574 в Украине заблокированы ряд украинских сайтов, в том числе медиапроект #Діалог.ТУТ. Распоряжение действует«до приостановки или окончания военного положения в Украине». Следить за Диалог.Тут по-прежнему можно в телеграмм-канале проекта.
Когда я давала этому проекту интервью, мой личный канал еще не был признан в Беларуси «экстремистскими материалами», но я вполне могла себе представить, что когда-то это произойдёт. Однако совершенно непредставимым казалось, что украинские власти решат заблокировать сайт «Диалог.ТУТ».
Сдержанного оптимизма по поводу Украины с каждым таким «штришком» становиться все меньше.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
