Любопытно было бы узнать, какое количество вопросов задано по этой теме главе региона. А их, кстати, рекордно много - более пяти тысяч.
Как назло за последние дни несколько аварий в разных районах и, соответственно, отключение батарей и горячей воды. Сети изношены, что признают и власти, и коммунальщики. Также все понимают, что модернизация - дело не одного дня и стоит баснословных денег. По сути, все ждут какого-то важного решения.
