Как-то так вышло, что начальственную верхушку в челябинской "Городской среде" сменили, а порядки там прежние. Сообщают о новом уголовном деле в связи с организацией, отвечающей за размещение ларьков и парковок, по набившей оскомину теме - взятки под незаконное оформление. Бывшее руководство судили ровно по той же причине.
Надеемся, что уж теперь-то (после прокурорских указаний) управа найдётся не только на владельцев киосков, но и на тех, кто их покрывает. Иначе эта борьба в Челябинске будет вечной.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively.
