Минэкономразвития сохранил значение экспортной пошлины на минеральные удобрения с 1 октября по 31 октября 2024 года на уровне сентябрьских значений. В указанный период она составит 10%, но не менее:
🪴 1100 рублей для азотных удобрений; 🪴1800 рублей для калийных удобрений; 🪴2100 рублей для фосфорных удобрений.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
