Таджикистан обратился к России из-за нарушений прав мигрантов
Уполномоченный по правам человека в Таджикистане Умед Бобозода обратился к российскому омбудсмену Татьяне Москальковой из-за нарушений прав мигрантов в стране.
В обращении Бобозода заявил о случаях грубого обращения с трудовыми мигрантами, включая «избиения и оскорбления». Он также отметил, что граждан Таджикистана часто задерживают на границе на несколько дней и содержат «в ненадлежащих условиях».

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
