Ранее Комитет по охране культурного наследия предупреждал предпринимателя о недопустимости проведения таких работ.
В отношении представителя предпринимателя возбуждено уголовное дело по статье 243 УК РФ (уничтожение объектов культурного наследия).

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
