По искам около 2 млн. у нас размер сбора становится меньше. А чтобы самим регулировать куда обращаться можно включать в договор альтернативную оговорку, что орган рассмотрения спора по выбору истца. Типовую оговорку и табличку наглядного сравнения размера госпошлины и арбитражного сбора прилагаю.
