Савеловский районный суд Москвы по ходатайству старшего следователя отдела по расследованию особо важных дел по САО главного следственного управления СК по Москве избрал Кириллу Украинцеву меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу сроком на 1 месяц и 30 дней, то есть до 25 июня. Защита просила назначить активисту более мягкую меру пресечения.
По версии следствия, Украинцев нарушил «дадинскую» статью, предусматривающую ответственность за неоднократное нарушение установленного порядка организации публичного мероприятия (ст. 212.1 УК РФ), размещая в Интернете публикации с призывами к работникам курьерских служб и такси выходить на акции протеста против нарушения их трудовых прав.
