Кручинин начал работу 13 декабря, а предыдущий начальник Андрей Девятов ушел на пенсию. При этом источник издания утверждает, что Девятов покинул работу по состоянию здоровья.
При Девятове в колонии 23 августа произошел захват заложников, во время которого погибли трое сотрудников ИК-19 и четверо заключенных-исламистов. Сам начальник колонии получил ранение, но смог сбежать.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. That hurt tech stocks.
