2. Запрет для непроизводителей исключает "серый переток" на внешние рынки, который ударил по нашим потребителям в 2023 году.
3. Для производителей вывоз — часть производственного цикла. Выпускается больше топлива, чем потребляется на внутреннем рынке. Косвенно, текущее решение говорит, что проблем у нефтепереработки в связи с "внеплановыми ремонтами" не возникло.
P.S. Возможно, "Росстату" пора вновь публиковать объёмы выпускаемого топлива, чтобы снять часть панических настроений, которые периодически охватывают биржу. У нас от биржи оптовые цены зависят.
