В городском суде Салехарда началось слушание по так называемому «делу Росреестра». Это, пожалуй, одно из самых громких и крупных коррупционных дел последних лет на Ямале. Почти 5 лет понадобилось силовикам, чтобы утвердить обвинительное заключение по делу, в котором фигурируют бывшие высокопоставленные чиновники.
Судья Антонов (выходец из прокурорских, что важно) на 200 листах зачитывал 4 дня обвинение членам ОПГ из Росреестра и не только этой структуры. В том числе в обвинительном звучал эпизод о взятке в 5 млн, которую получил друг экс-мэра Нового Уренгоя Андрея Воронова (сидит в СИЗО) Павел Кузнецов (на фото). Это экс-глава управления Гостройнадзора по ЯНАО.. Взяткодателем проходит ямальский олигарх Олег Ситников. Предмет взятки — занижение кадастровой стоимости гостиницы Ситникова по улице Сибирской в Новом Уренгое.
