Новая памятная дата — День освобождения города Выборга от финских захватчиков (20 июня) появилась в Ленинградской области. Решение об этом в третьем чтении приняли депутаты Заксобрания 47-го региона. Также народные избранники в первом чтении поддержали решение об утверждении еще одной памятной даты — «День освобождения города Шлиссельбурга от немецко-фашистских захватчиков» — 18 января.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
