Участковый пункт, занимающий площадь 30 квадратных метров, располагается по адресу: бульвар Владимира Белоглазова, 5. Внутри имеется три оснащённых рабочих места. Также здесь же власти приобрели квартиру для участкового уполномоченного.
По словам Орлова, с 2017 года по 1 февраля 2025-го из муниципального фонда было выделено 106 объектов для создания опорных пунктов. Кроме того, для участковых мэрия купила три квартиры.
