В столице утвердили предельный индекс изменения платы за коммунальные услуги на 2024 год (распоряжение Правительства Москвы от 8 декабря 2023 года №828-РМ).
С 1 июля 2024 года рост платы из-за увеличения тарифов не должен превысить 11%. ❗️Обращаю внимание: речь именно о тарифах на коммунальные услуги!
Причем установлен предел не для отдельных тарифов, а для суммарной платы за коммунальные услуги. 🤷♂️А сами тарифы могут вырасти на любую величину.

The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
