По словам Юрия Слюсаря, он получает очень много обращений от жителей Ростова по отсутствию социальной инфраструктуры при строительстве жилья.
«Принял решение с 1 декабря приостановить в Ростове выдачу разрешений на строительство многоквартирных домов. К тому же город должен будет провести инвентаризацию всех ранее выданных разрешений», — написал Слюсарь в своём Telegram-канале.
Он отметил, что строить многоэтажки, не обеспеченные садами, школами и больницами нельзя.
