Речь этот деятель ведёт об обращении в Мосгордуму, о выделении средств за счёт городских программ. Преступников, демонтировавших памятник, привлекать к ответственности и брать на восстановление деньги с них никто не собирается. Восстанавливать памятник на прежнем месте - тоже. Родные погибших - в шоке.
